Friends and valued customers, we would like to clarify some apparent confusion. Since we listed the restaurant for sale in June, almost daily we have had customers in who express "sorry you are closing" sentiments.

We wanted to take this opportunity to reemphasize that our restaurant is not closing, and that the sale is part of what always was our long-term retirement plan.

Untamed Chef looks forward to serving your needs this holiday season and for years to come. We love the people that we've met and the support given by our Peoria community, and we ask for your continued support. Keep calling in your reservations and scheduling those private parties, catering meals, date nights out and special family events. We love being a part of what matters to you.

Untamed Chef continues to offer: Thanksgiving and Christmas specials with fully prepped holiday meals; lunch, dinner and full bar service Tuesday through Saturday; private parties; catering; interactive cooking parties; chef-to-you in-home services; and gaming machines

I hope this helps clear up any confusion, and we look forward to hearing from you!
